McSally votes to take away health coverage from Arizonans

Today, Martha McSally voted to take health care away from 24 million Americans, raise premiums for older Americans, and threaten affordable care for constituents with pre-existing conditions, all to pay for a $600 billion tax cut for the rich.

Is this what she means by getting “f***ing things done?”... by screwing over people?

Arizona Democratic Party Chair Alexis Tameron issued the following statement:

“Martha McSally knows she just signed her own pink slip by voting to take affordable health care away from millions of Americans – including taking away pre-existing conditions coverage – to pay for tax cuts for the rich.

“This sorry excuse for a bill – passed completely with Republican votes after no amendments, no hearings, and no estimate for how much it will cost – will hurt older Americans, women, Americans with pre-existing conditions, Americans with employer-based health care, and even children with disabilities. Southern Arizonans deserve a member of Congress who prioritizes their constituents’ health care needs, and come 2018, they’ll get one.”
